Byron Katie said “I am whatever you project me to be”. We are eternal Consciousness as we play hide and go seek with our true natures. We form ideas or contractions in Consciousness and think we are that: woman, man, young, old. So I will describe some of the “contractions in Consciousness” I have identified with over the years. I was born January 2, 1951 at 5:35am in Winchester Virginia. I spent the next 18 years in the countryside in and around that small southern town among apple trees, corn fields and quiet country lanes. I was well loved and well sheltered growing up in what I later learned was an atypical conservative southern home. A home rooted in the Quaker faith tradition. Quakerism taught me a love of silence and simplicity which still holds true for me. Since a young teen I had a burning desire to know the “Truth”. That quest opened into explorations of many faith traditions and philosophies over the years; explorations that continue to enrich and deepen my life experience. Graduating from high school in 1969 I embraced the rebellious and curious Aquarian era. The 1970s brought an expansion of thinking and experiences leading me well beyond my very sheltered beginnings. I received my BS in Psychology in 1979 and set out to become a house painter. Go figure. In 1980 I settled in Baltimore and began renovating and selling homes. I worked for many years in the non-profit housing industry and more recently Real Estate. I am now fully focusing on my work as a Transformational Teacher and Facilitator.
My transformational journey accelerated in October 2001 when I was attuned as a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition. I received my Gendai Master Teacher certification, Sekhem Seichim Reiki Master Teacher certification and All Love Facilitator certification in 2004. In 2006 I completed my training in PSYCH-K(TM ) becoming a certified Advanced PSYCH-K facilitator and in 2007 I became an All Love Teacher. In January 2008 I had a life altering 10 Day All Love/Tantra Retreat in New Zealand followed by individual training and classes in Tantra and studying with Richard Bartlett at the Matrix Energetics workshops through the rest of the year. In 2009 I completed my Matrix Energetics Certification training. The training and teachings of many other gifted souls continues to enrich my life as I learn from teachers and students along the way. I look forward to the jewels ahead.
What is a Transformational Teacher/Facilitator? 
We are all works in progress, constantly transforming from one state to another. It sometimes makes my head spin how rapidly I can move from joy to depression to grief and back to bliss and joy again. Even with all this constant transformation most of us are stuck in a loop of bad habits and/or negative emotional and mental processes. Those stuck places recreate the same negative outcomes we so wish to avoid. Since "what we think about we bring about", the law of attraction works against our desires for betterment when we fall in the rut of negative thinking and negative habits. The trick is to empower the positive changes we want. I have been drawn to many techniques and teachings searching for a way out of my own stuck places. And, oh yes, there are places I am still stuck. I am an ongoing work in process! I offer this work because I continue to see instant positive transformation occur in my own life and have had the honor of watching friends and clients make dramatic and instantaneous changes in their lives.
My intention throughout my practice and teaching is to assist you in your transformation through releasing fear, opening your heart to Love and seeing the brilliant light that you are. The methods I have been taught all center on a heart based Divine unconditional loving energy that works to empower your natural transformative healing ability. This universeral energy and love is always yours to draw on and can be increased and focused in a session or class.
I know we are all here it pass on the love to one another. The techniques I teach and practice are all about that kind of uncondtional loving. I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude when I was first attuned to Reiki and now All Love, Psych-K, Matrix Energetics and Tantra have deepend my gratitude and joy to overflowing. These loving systems have dramatically changed my life and continue to open me daily drawing me along a continuing path of personal transformatinon. The ability to share with you this knowledge and joy enlivens my life. I hope you will join me on this amazing journey.
